What I Design…

I love imagining what something could become. An outfit, a piece of jewelry, a room, or something completely unexpected. I play with color, texture, and materials until it feels right for the person wearing it or the people living in it.

Fashion & Styling:

Inspiration
Fashion is one of my favorite ways to experiment with who I am. I’m inspired by color, texture, movement, and the possibility of turning something I imagine into something I can actually wear.

Intention
I wanted to take my ideas from sketch to finished garment. I created a silver two-piece set and a flowing red chiffon dress, and I’ve also sewn pajamas and bags and reworked clothes to make them feel more like me.

Impact
Modeling something I had imagined, sketched, and sewn made me want to keep learning. I’m still experimenting with construction, fit, fabric, and styling—and still asking, “But what else could this be?”

School Foyer:

Inspiration
Our goal was to make our school foyer warmer, more welcoming, and more useful. We asked students, faculty, staff, and coaches what they felt the space was missing.

Intention
Inspired by coffee shops and college student centers, we worked together to create a comfortable place where students could gather, work, and spend time together.

Impact
Seeing people actually use and enjoy the space was the best part. What had been an empty foyer became a place for our school community to connect.

Spaces & Interiors

Living Room Redesign:

Inspiration
My family wanted the living room to feel more like them, with one request: make a bold blue-and-orange painting the focal point.

Intention
I kept the walls white and pulled navy, orange, and blue from the painting, using color and texture to complement the artwork without competing with it.

Impact
Velvet pillows, a navy bookcase, a hand-carved coffee table, and recycled-cardboard lighting added color, texture, and personality. The room now feels layered and personal while keeping the painting at its center.
